Located in the heart of Fann Résidence, the Le Frangipanier project is a building that is both understated, iconic, and timeless—an architectural landmark in a residential neighborhood in constant transformation.
The building draws its essence from a frangipani tree planted several decades ago by the client’s parents. This tree, a family memory and symbol of continuity, becomes the founding metaphor of the project. The trunk inspires the supporting structure, the branches organize the built volumes and apartment boxes, while the foliage is expressed through green balconies and planted terraces.
A sober and iconic signature
The building aims to be clear and elegant, recognizable without ostentation. Mineral tones, brick, and vegetation combine to create a calm refuge within the dense urban fabric.
